At age 9, Jeremy Schack was involved in a motorcycle accident that resulted in physical disabilities including limited vision and hearing. He draws from his passion for both photography and music to create videos that respond to his emotions.

The featured video, Adrianne, was created using Windows MovieMaker on a personal laptop computer. Schack worked independently using Adobe Audition 1.5 to compose the music, which is made up of rock music samples from Blink 182's "Asthena," The Vines' "Outtathaway," The Vanished's "Anesthesia Winter," and Dishwalla's "Candleburn."

Shack works as a photographer for his local newspaper; he shot the video's digital images, which often center on the natural environment, during everyday events. He received his AA degree from Cedar Valley College in Lancaster, Texas, and was recently featured in a photography group exhibition, Writing with Light, in Dallas, Texas.
