The Arts for All Program introduces art tools designed to allow everyone to "be empowered through the arts". The medium consists of an art roller (attaches to a wheel chair or a handle to be used tabletop or on the ground), pogo paint sticks, a chalk-walk n' roll device and others. Sites are able to rent the set of tools. The uses include both group events and in classrooms. The resulting art product is typically a large mural size painting created on paper secured to a large area of floor space.

VSA arts of Washington features the work of adults with disABILITIES created in theVSAAW's Artists Unlimited program of workshops and visual arts classes. Located at the Harrison Street Gallery, Center House, Seattle, Center, 3rd Floor, west balcony. Hours Monday - Friday: 11 am - 5 pm; Weekends: 11 am - 6 pm. The artists of Artists Unlimited have made a fair amount of their own adaptive equipment devices, such as table easels, paint can holders, head-wands, foot-wands, mouth-wands, wooden hand adaptive devices for people who cannot grasp a pen/pencil/brush.

NIAD is an innovative visual arts center serving adults with developmental and physical disabilities. Located just 6 miles north of Berkeley in Richmond, California, NIAD serves up to 50 adults each day from diverse cultural, ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds. The Enabled Arts Center serves as a hub for VSA arts of New Mexico's statewide operations and as a demonstration site for VSA programming and artistic philosophy. The Center's daily studio arts program provides vocational and pre-vocational training in the arts for persons with and without disabilities, ages 14 and above. Services include visual, performing, technology, and literary arts instruction, apprenticeships, supported employment, performance and exhibition opportunities, career counseling, and venues for the promotion of artists' work. The Center was established in 1992 and since that time enrollment has grown from three year-round program participants to more than fifty.

NDAC is the national information dissemination, technical assistance and referral center specializing in the field of arts and disability. Its resource directories, annotated bibliographies, related links and conferences serve to advance artists with disabilities and accessibility to the arts. The website lists an extensive list of art centers that provide artists with disabilities art studio space to create their work, an opportunity to exhibit their work, and a gallery to sell their work.
