mixed media (31" x 35"), 1994Joao Paulo, an artist with a physical disability, is a participant in the "Art and Creativity Workshops" held regularly by VSA arts of Portugal and its parent organization, the Liga Portuguesa dos Deficientes Motores. The workshops provide young artists with disabilities the opportunity to try several new art mediums, under the tutelage of professional artists.
