1993This work was created in 1993 under the tutelage of VSA arts of South Africa.Kinnear is a student in their programs operated in cooperation with the Mary Harding Training Centre for the Mentally Handicapped in Athlone. In 1993, VSA arts of South Africa organized an art exhibition of all schools for children with disabilities, of which this mixed media piece was a part. VSA arts of South Africa has sponsored numerous exhibitions and festivals in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg and is active in integrating artists with disabilities in the mainstream art community.
