This annual call for entries has once again identified an extraordinary group of emerging artists. These young men and women are truly the promising minds and talents of the future, and will be serious contributors to our nation's culture. With the generous sponsorship of Volkswagen of America, Inc., we are able to provide these artists with the validation, confidence, and financial support that they might not receive anywhere else.
