Registration and Fees

Please note the registration fee and deadline information for the "Educators and Musuems: Building Inclusive Learning Communities" VSA arts Institute: Jacksonville, Florida.

Fees and Deadlines

• Registration Fee: $275 Now $200 per attendee
• Registration Is Closed:
  Walk-in registration will be available at the Institute. Please print out and complete the registration forms below, and bring the forms with you to the Institute. The Registration Desk is located at the Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens. Registration starts at 8:00 am on November 2nd.

Cancellation Fee and Refunds

A $100 cancellation fee will be charged for refunds prior to September 30, 2005. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.

To register for the Institute, you must complete the following forms: Registration Form, Participant Profile Form, and the online Workshop Registration Form.

Workshop Registration:
The online registration period for selecting Workshops to attend during the Institute has ended. You will be able to register on-site.
