Fees and Deadlines

Early Registration (until October 6th)
Full Package	$175 (includes all activities and meals Friday night through Monday afternoon)
2-Day Package	$150 (includes all activites and meals Friday night through Sunday afternoon)

Regular Registration Fees (after October 6th)
Full Package	$200 (includes all activities and meals Friday night through Monday afternoon)
2-Day Package	$175 (includes all activites and meals Friday night through Sunday afternoon)

To register for the Institute, you must download both of the the following forms, and mail or fax to VSA arts:

Cancellation Policy:

A $100 cancellation fee will be charge for refunds prior to September 30, 2006. No refund will be made for cancellations after this date.

Payment:

Payment is due at time of registration. Participants will not be registered until payment is received in full.
