Organizational Snapshot:

VSA Lithuania , also known as Guboja, seeks to promote the creative and aesthetic expression of people with disabilities, especially children, as a means to assist their development in a society in economic and political transition. VSA Lithuania offers programs promoting participants' self-sufficiency and independent living. Through programs in the visual, performing, and literary arts, participants are introduced to alternative ways of viewing their world. Additionally, VSA Lithuania provides practical vocational training in an effort to facilitate economic independence. VSA Lithuania became a VSA arts affiliate in 1992.
