Organizational Snapshot:

Since its founding in 1995, the Day Care Centre "Saule" has provided comprehensive services to children and youth with developmental and learning disabilities throughout the Riga area and works to integrate people with disabilities into the community. In addition to programs in rehabilitation, employment, and communications, the Centre has developed an arts program of cultural activities, art exhibits, performances, and workshops conducted by professional artists. Over the years, the organization has participated in international exhibitions and workshops with VSA arts affiliates in Lithuania, Estonia and France.
